Melissa Spade

Melissa began a career in real estate after gaining a track record of successful real estate transactions in her personal life.  A previous client of Goddes Homes, Melissa understands there is no other residential real estate firm provides it’s clients the outstanding service, knowledge of the current market and strong negotiating skills that ensure a successful home sale or purchase.  Melissa prides herself on listening to her clients and creating a positive experience from beginning to end.

Melissa, a second-generation Arizona native, grew up in Phoenix and graduated from Xavier College Preparatory. She graduated from the University of Arizona earning a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a master’s degree in Public Administration. Melissa has worked in the nonprofit sector for over a decade in program management.  She currently resides in Paradise Valley with her husband and four children.
