A licensed real estate professional since 2002, Brad Goddes founded Goddes Homes in 2006 because he wanted to create a residential real estate company that delivers exceptional, concierge-level experiences and customized real estate solutions for every client. He believes that the foundation for that experience includes providing each client with customized real estate solutions, personalized service, and timely attention.
From 2020-2022, Brad completed nearly $200m in sales volume, working throughout the Valley but with a primary focus on Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Phoenix. For the past 10 years, Brad has been in the Top 1% for sales volume among all real estate professionals in AZ, as ranked by the ARMLS Statistics for Maricopa County.
At Goddes Homes, Brad leads a team of 20 real estate professionals committed to guiding every client through the real estate process. Brad has strived to make Goddes Homes a brokerage of proven professionals who are caring, conscientious people — the kind of people you can depend on. Goddes Homes will always maintain a high standard of excellence and provide exemplary service.
Brad spent 16 years as a teacher at Chaparral High School. He created and taught the first-ever Arizona Department of Real Estate pre-licensing class for high school students, several of which earned their real estate licenses and are agents at Goddes Homes.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, Brad attended Ursinus College in Philadelphia and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst before moving to Arizona in 1998. He and his wife Roxanne, a former teacher in the Scottsdale School District, have two children – Ellie & Danny and two beautiful Labradors, Bear & Bo. Brad’s parents both live in Arizona (Grayhawk & McCormick Ranch) and his sister lives in Washington, DC. He is an active hiker, cyclist and sports fan, spending time coaching his kids and cheering on his favorite teams.
