About Rachel Carroll

Originally from California, Rachel grew up working on a ranch, where she developed a strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, and appreciation for helping others. She moved to Arizona to attend the University of Arizona, earning a degree in Communications with a minor in Business. Rachel began her real estate career while finishing college and joined Goddes Homes after graduating. She now serves as Brad’s Executive Assistant, working closely alongside him and gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of the real estate business. Outside of real estate, Rachel enjoys Pilates and fitness, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and trying new recipes in the kitchen.
